This rather ominous shadow cast by the afternoon sun caught my eye.
In the UK the media frequently remind us of the high proportion of CCTV cameras per head. We’re told that we’ve become a ’surveillance society’ and warned that big brother is encroaching. Although this concerns me, I can’t say I’ve ever paid too much attention. After all, CCTV provides vital footage of inept criminals for our entertainment on low budget ITV4 shows.
